This 2 day program will provide you with the tools necessary to build a current, risk-based HACCP Food Safety Plan. Attendees will receive templates and guides essential to an effective HACCP Plan. This is the International HACCP Alliance recognized course for HACCP and attendees receive Certificates of completion from FSMA and the IHA.
The HACCP certification course is an excellent support to the FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food Course for PCQI certification under the new FDA/FSMA rules.
